Like most people, I spent a large portion of my life with a fear of being seen, feeling inferior, and not good enough to be me. Which led to me experiencing a sense of unfulfillment in almost every area of my life (relationships, friendships, career/ finances, pursuing my passions, and most importantly with myself).

 

After being fed up and frustrated by a never-ending cycle of unfulfillment and unhappiness; I knew that if something didn't change, I would end up living a life of regret and I didn't want the same for my daughter. So I decided to embark on a confidence journey because I knew everything started there. 

 

And one day I thought to myself, through my own journey, why not help others as well. That forced me to get over my fear of being seen, to push past my fear of embarrassment and judgment; and fear of not being good enough. I intentionally made myself visible.

 

This unlocked a whole new level of confidence that I never knew existed for me and my mission is to help you do the same.
